Soma Journeys is a travel service provider offering customized holiday packages, honeymoon packages, cruise holidays, domestic and international tours, air ticket booking, hotel reservations, and corporate/group travel services. Operating since 2017, we act as an intermediary between customers and various service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines, and destination management companies.

Booking & Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and confirmation is issued by Soma Journeys in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Any special requests (room preference, meals, seating, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Policy:

Payments must be made as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Soma Journeys reserves the right to cancel services if payments are not completed as agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation charges will apply as per the policies of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and service providers.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees.
Refund processing may take 7–21 working days depending on banks and suppliers.
No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early checkouts.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure valid passport, visa, travel insurance, and other required documents.
Soma Journeys is not responsible for denial of boarding, visa rejection, or immigration issues due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Travelers must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Changes in Itinerary:

Soma Journeys reserves the right to modify or change itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, flight delays, strikes, natural disasters, or operational reasons.
We will always try to provide suitable alternatives of similar value.

Liability Disclaimer:

Soma Journeys acts only as a booking agent and shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or expense arising from acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise companies, or other suppliers.
We are not liable for loss of baggage, theft, personal injury, or unforeseen events during travel.
Customers travel at their own risk.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal accidents.
